A gutsy, malty blend of ‘CTC’ Kenyan and Assam teas for those moments when only a ‘proper cup of tea’ will do.
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 95-100°C water. A strong black tea best enjoyed with milk.
‘CTC’ is a process during which withered tea leaves pass through two rollers covered with sharp blades. Here the tea is cut, torn apart and then curled into little balls. The CTC process ensures that rich colour and strong flavour infuse very quickly.
Assam black tea and Kenyan black tea.
May contain traces of cereals, almonds, hazelnuts, milk, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide.
