Delivery Driver

Location: Starting from our roastery in Hoath

Salary: £11.45 per hour 

Start date: May 2024

Hours: 6 hours per week, Wednesday (9.00am - 3.00pm)

Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Weekly delivery to our wholesale customers
  • Packing the van with wholesale orders according to order sheet, including delivery notes and invoices where applicable.
  • Liaising with the wider team and any necessary customers in case of any issues.
  • Ensuring any messages are accurately passed on to appropriate members of the team.
  • Unloading van at the end of the route into roastery.
  • Being flexible with other tasks that may be requested of you including additional cleaning tasks, being a first point of contact for wholesale customers and relaying information.
  • Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness in the van and be an ambassador for Garage Coffee Roasters when dealing with wholesale customers.

What you need- the must haves:

  • Over 25
  • Clean, valid UK Driver’s License 
  • Be fully flexible (both weekday and weekend shifts required)
  • A ‘can-do’ team attitude
  • Great time management skills in order to complete all deliveries in line with the strict delivery schedule
