Matcha is a fine Japanese green tea powder made from ground whole leaves, known for its umami flavour, vibrant colour, and unique energy-boosting properties.

Our House Matcha is crafted for us in Kyoto by the esteemed Hiroshi Kobayashi, one of the most respected tea masters in Japan. Uncompromising in his pursuit of quality, Kobayashi-san’s skill lies in assessing and selecting leaves from the spring harvest, then skilfully blending them to create, batch by batch, our vibrant House Matcha.

Delightfully sweet with a delicate umami finish, this first-flush, shade-grown Matcha tea is the perfect base for a smooth, creamy Matcha latte.

Recipe Suggestion:

Mix 1g of Matcha with a small amount of hot water, then top 8oz of steamed milk and whisk.
