This Colombian coffee, sourced through the Cedro Alto Collective and led by producer Julio Bastidas, showcases the result of careful natural processing and experimental fermentation techniques. Grown at the San Isidro Labrador family farm, this lot delivers a rich, layered cup with notes of dark chocolate, almond, and blueberry.
Julio represents a new generation of Colombian coffee producers—combining deep-rooted family knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to flavour development. Despite logistical challenges during export, this coffee stands as a testament to resilience, craftsmanship, and the collective effort behind every harvest.
Expect a full-bodied, fruit-forward profile with a smooth chocolate finish—ideal for both espresso and filter.
