    Decaf done well. A delicious example of coffee being decaffeinated through the sugarcane process, retaining its original characteristics without the caffeine.

    This micro-regional lot from Cedro Alto in Colombia’s Nariño region originates from around 15 smallholders, harvested in May 2025. It highlights the unique qualities of the area while supporting sustainable, artisanal coffee production.

    Their approach ensures fair, consistent payment for farmers, fosters mutual respect throughout the supply chain, encourages rural youth to engage in coffee cultivation, and promotes responsible environmental practices.
