Am I locked into my subscription?
No, you're free to cancel at any time. Your subscription is managed through your online portal, but if you have any issues or want to speak someone you can send us a message or give us a call
Is postage included?
Yes, delivery on all subscriptions is free of charge and will be sent by Royal Mail's 48 service
Can I skip a delivery if i'm away?
Absolutely! If you're not going to be around for a while you can skip a delivery or move the shipping date. Everything is managed through your customer portal.
How often does the Roaster's Choice change?
We change coffee on the 1st of every month. So, if you were having weekly deliveries you'd receive the same coffee every week for a whole month. If you order more than one bag, then they will also be the same coffee.
What if I don't like the coffee?
The beauty of the Roaster's Choice subscription is that it gives you a new coffee every month. We'll mix it up with different origins, processes and styles of coffee designed to give you a broad experience of what the world has to offer in terms of speciality coffee!
