We roast Tile Yard to bring out its rich, comforting sweetness while retaining a smooth, balanced finish. Expect plenty of dark chocolate, toasted pecan and soft vanilla; full-bodied and dependable as espresso, with or without milk.
About the coffee
Tile Yard is sourced from women producers in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region through Covoya’s Café Delas programme. Naturally processed at 800–1,200 metres, this dependable Brazilian coffee uses Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties and delivers the rich, chocolate-led character that makes it ideal for espresso.
A portion of Café Delas profits is reinvested in programmes supporting gender equality and women coffee farmers.
