This interactive, hands-on event is perfect for anyone who is passionate about coffee, whether you’re just getting started or have been brewing for years.
Our Coffee Coach Molly will be sharing her years of insight and experience as she guides you through the world of speciality coffee. Molly will lead you in engaging and immersive discussions and hands-on experiences, delving into and dissecting everything speciality coffee from source to cup.
You’ll also get to try your hand at cupping, evaluating and discussing the aroma, flavour, and body of a wide range of coffees using SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) score sheets.
No Garage Coffee class would be complete without a little gift from us and you will leave the session with a bag of our beans carefully chosen to match your own personal palate.
By the end of the evening, you'll walk away with a fresh vocabulary, insider tips, and a deeper appreciation for and understanding of what’s in your cup.
